HANDLING TIME
1. Maximum 2 working days to ship after your transaction
2. We do not ship on following working days :
- Local holidays in Kolkata
- RidingKart festival days (Any event organised by RidingKart or at any event RidingKart is participating)
- General strikes
DELIVERY TIME
- Maximum 7 to 10 calendar days after shipment in normal cases.
- ZEUS & Golden RIders products delivery could be delayed upto 10 to 15days.
- Delivery could be delayed during local festivals, national festivals, general strikes, accidents or natural calamities.
- Delivery delay is not under company's control. We ship by either Delhivery courier or India Post. We have no control over their operations. As a result, "shipping speed up request" will not be accepted.
